To do our part and in keeping with our pandemic no-visitor policy, we have decided to make Tuesday, May 18, a “Remote Only Day” for the students in all five elementary schools, and the Pre-K program at School 12. Our elementary schools and School 12 are used as polling sites for the 2021-2022 Budget Vote and Board of Education Election.
The 2021-2022 Budget Vote and Board of Education Election will take place on Tuesday, May 18, 7:30 a.m. – 8 p.m. This year, residents will vote in person, unlike last year where absentee ballots were automatically mailed to every resident. Residents will also vote on the establishment of a new Capital Reserve. Click the link above for details on how to vote, the proposed budget, candidate bios and more.
The district will now be closed on June 18 in honor and recognition of Juneteenth. In addition, changes to the Regents exam schedule, as per the State, have been reflected in the calendar. June 16 and June 21 are now full instructional days for all. All calendars, including an updated color block calendar, can be found on our Calendars page or by clicking the link above.
Due to the pandemic, the Annual Troy City School District Art Show, which is normally held at the Atrium in Troy, will be held virtually. Please click the link below to see our student’s work and read messages from their teachers.
