We have been notified that several students have tested positive for COVID-19. Two students are full remote students from Troy High School, a third is an in-person Troy High School student and the fourth is an in-person Troy Middle School student. The Department of Health has determined there was no district exposure with any of these cases.

The New York State Public High School Athletic Association Inc. (NYSPHSAA) has announced its fall 2020 Scholar-Athlete teams and it includes all participating Troy teams. These teams consist of Boys and Girls Soccer, Cross Country, Girls Swimming, Golf and Girls Tennis.

We are currently conducting contact tracing on a case from Troy Middle School and are reaching out to affected individuals with specific quarantine instructions.
We have been notified of two positive cases at School 18. The Department of Health has determined there was no district exposure for one case. We are working with DOH to conduct contact tracing and have already contacted all affected individuals of the other case. If you are not contacted by a representative of the District or DOH, there is no further action needed on your part.
