After their stellar season, three Troy golfers have been named Suburban Council All-Stars!
Joey Degnan was named to the Suburban Council Second Team, and Kayne and Kolin Behan received Honorable Mentions.
For the first time in many years, Troy Golf was represented in Sectional play with a team- and Kayne, Kolin and Joey each advanced to the State Qualifiers following the Section 2 Tournament.
“I can’t express how proud I am of our whole team this year, but especially Kayne, Kolin and Joey,” said Coach Jack O’Keefe. “They all put in so much extra effort to improve their short game, which is one reason why we’ve been so successful this year. This is a huge accomplishment for Troy High, and having three of our golfers move on was the talk of the tournament.”
